To enroll the HIKVISION DS-PDD12P-EG2-WB-WE Wireless Dual Technology Detector to the security control panel, you can follow these steps:
1. Download and install the Hik-Pro app from the App Store.
2. Power on the security control panel.
3. Open the Hik-Pro app and tap the "+" icon to add the control panel.
4. Scan the QR code or input the control panel serial number to add the control panel.
Enrolling the Peripheral Locally:
1. In the Hik-Pro app, go to the control panel page and tap the "Enrollment Mode" button to put the control panel into enrollment status.
2. Loosen the xxxx and remove the rear panel of the detector.
3. Power on the detector, and it will be automatically enrolled to the control panel.
Enrolling the Peripheral with QR and Serial Number:
1. In the Hik-Pro app, tap the "+" icon and scan the QR code or enter the serial number of the peripheral.
2. Loosen the xxxx and remove the rear panel of the detector.
3. Power on the detector, and it will be automatically enrolled to the control panel.
Note: If you need to re-enroll the device, hold the tamper button, power off the device, and then power it on again for re-enrollment.
