To perform a factory reset on the Racing Electronics RE6 Earmold Custom Super Soft, follow these steps:
1. Put the BTU2 in standby mode by ensuring that the headset is powered on but not connected to any devices.
2. Turn off Bluetooth or delete the "MEE audio BT" pairing from any nearby devices that have previously been paired with the BTU2.
3. Once in standby mode, press and hold the Multifunction and volume up buttons simultaneously until you hear the headset say "Factory Reset Complete".
4. After the factory reset, all previously paired devices will be cleared from memory, and you will need to create a new pairing before using the BTU2.
