The HFCL ion4x_2 Access Point can be mounted either on a pole or on a wall. Here are the steps for each mounting option:
Pole Mount:
1. Align the L Plate with the holes at the back of the Access Point.
2. Use the provided screws to fix the plate onto the Access Point.
3. Align the L Plate mounted Access Point with the pole clamp and U-Bolt.
4. Pass the U-Bolt through the cuts of the pole clamp and L Plate. Secure it in place with Hex Nuts.
5. The Access Point has freedom of movement along the vertical and horizontal axis for final alignment.
Note: The pole mounting is designed for poles with a diameter of 40 mm to 60 mm. For larger size poles up to 140 mm, please contact iosales@hfcl.com.
Wall Mount:
1. Use the wall mounting bracket, drywall screws, and xxxx anchors (sold separately).
2. Take reference from the wall mounting bracket and mark the position of the holes on the wall.
3. Use a drill machine to drill two holes on the marked positions.
4. Push the xxxx anchors into the holes with a hammer.
5. Align the drilled holes with the holes of the wall mounting bracket.
6. Insert the drywall screws through the holes of the mounting bracket into the wall.
7. The wall mounting bracket is now fixed to the wall.
8. Mount the device onto the wall mounting bracket following the pole mounting process.
Please note that HFCL is not held liable for any damages incurred during the mounting process.
