To clean the inlet air filter of the ECOR PRO DDH2500 dehumidifier, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the unit is disconnected from the mains before removing the covers.
2. Locate the inlet air filter, which is positioned at the front of the unit.
3. Remove the filter grille by unscrewing the screws or clips that hold it in place.
4. Take out the air filter from the filter grille.
5. Clean the filter by either using a vacuum cleaner to remove dust or washing it in mild detergent.
6. If using a vacuum cleaner, gently run it over the filter to remove any dust or debris.
7. If washing the filter, rinse it with water and mild detergent, then allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.
8. Once the filter is clean and dry, place it back into the filter grille.
9. Secure the filter grille back onto the unit by tightening the screws or reattaching the clips.
10. Ensure that the filter is properly installed and there are no gaps or loose parts.
11. Reconnect the unit to the mains and resume normal operation.
It is important to regularly check and clean the inlet air filter to maintain the performance of the desiccant rotor and ensure optimal operation of the dehumidifier.
