To lock the controls on the Tesla HV3200TB Ceramic Hob, follow these steps:
1. Touch and hold the Child Lock key (E) for 3 seconds.
2. The timer indicator will show "Loc" to indicate that the controls are locked.
3. All the controls, except the OFF control, will be disabled.
4. To unlock the controls, touch and hold the Child Lock key (E) for 3 seconds again.
5. The controls will be unlocked and you can start using your hob.
