To start the KOHLER PCV850 Command PRO EFI Propane engine, follow these steps:
1. Place the throttle control midway between the slow and fast positions.
2. Slowly turn the fuel valve on the propane tank to the full open position.
3. Turn the key switch to the START position and release it as soon as the engine starts. If the starter does not turn the engine over, shut off the key switch immediately and do not make further attempts to start the engine until the condition is corrected. Do not jump start the engine.
4. If starting the engine in cold weather, use the proper oil for the expected temperature and disengage all possible external loads.
