To install and set up the TONMiND Audio Manager software, follow these steps:
1. Download the software from the official TONMiND website at https://www.tonmind.com.
2. After downloading, run the installation file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software on your computer.
3. Once installed, open the TONMiND Audio Manager software.
4. In the software, click on the "Scan Device" option to detect and display all IP speakers connected to the internet. You can then name each IP speaker.
5. Configure the SIP settings by entering the SIP accounts to register in your IP PBX or SIP server. Each device can have two SIP accounts.
6. Set the RTP Multicast IP addresses for each device. Note that the port numbers should not be continuous, but rather discontinuous. Use the range of multicast addresses from 224.0.0.0 to 239.255.255.255 and port range from 1500 to 6300.
7. If you need to upgrade the firmware version of your Tonmind IP speakers, click on the firmware version number and download the latest firmware from the TONMiND website or contact TONMiND sales. Select the latest version firmware file and click "Upgrade" to refresh the firmware.
8. Adjust the output and input volume settings by clicking on the volume icon. You can set the volume for each speaker individually or in bulk.
9. If needed, you can restore the system to its factory settings by clicking on the system restore icon.
10. Configure the RTP multicast zones by clicking on the RTP multicast option. Add zones and set the multicast IP address, audio codec, and other settings.
11. Set up schedules for audio playback by clicking on the scheduler option. Choose the type of cycle period (once only, daily, weekly, or monthly) and specify the start and stop times for each event.
12. Enable SIP trunking in the zone settings if you want to make phone calls as audio streams to the speakers and other devices in the zone. Register a SIP account from a SIP server and save the settings.
13. Add audio streams by selecting the audio media source (local resources, live microphone, live radio, or bell ringing) and configuring the repeat type (once only, duration, or times).
To obtain a license key for the TONMiND Audio Manager software, follow these steps:
1. Go to the "About" section in the software.
2. Copy the machine code displayed.
3. Send an email to sales@tonmind.com or contact TONMiND sales directly, providing the machine code.
4. TONMiND will send you a license key after receiving the machine code. Activate the license key to enable the full functionality of the software.
