To install and replace accessories on the GOXAWEE G4007 Rotary Tool Kit, please follow these steps:
1. Before installing or replacing accessories, make sure to unplug the tool from the power source.
2. Carefully inspect the rotary tool accessories before use. Do not use broken or cracked accessories.
3. Align the chuck port with the grinder port and correctly install the chuck. Make sure it is securely tightened.
4. For the flexible shaft attachment:
a. Open the plastic nut and press the chuck lock to release the chuck.
b. Insert the shaft core into the chuck and tighten it with the wrench.
c. Tighten the shaft cover by hand.
d. Before use, run the flexible shaft at high speed in a vertical position for 1 minute to prevent twisting.
e. After the flexible shaft test is successful, install the desired accessory by inserting it into the collet nut and tightening it with the small wrench.
5. For the drill locator attachment:
a. Unscrew the plastic nut and install the drill bit.
b. Tighten the drill locator on the head of the grinder and adjust the scale according to the desired drilling depth. Tighten the screws by hand.
6. For the cover shield attachment:
a. Unscrew the plastic nut and attach the cover shield to the grinder head. Tighten the nut.
b. Install the desired accessory, tighten the chuck, and check for proper installation before starting work.
7. For changing collets:
a. Unscrew the collet cap and remove the current collet.
b. For a 3.2 mm collet, insert it into the grinder port and tighten the collet cap.
c. For the keyless chuck (0.5-3.2 mm), remove the 3.2 mm collet and install the keyless chuck. Insert the accessory and tighten it with the wrench.
8. To replace the carbon brush:
a. Insert the end of the wrench into the carbon brush port and unscrew it to remove the damaged carbon brush.
b. Insert the new carbon brush correctly into the carbon brush port and cover it with the wrench.
