To set the temperature and time on the heat press, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the power switch.
2. Press the "SET" button to enter the temperature setting mode (P-1).
3. Use the "▲" and "▼" buttons to adjust the temperature to your desired setting.
4. Press the "SET" button again to enter the time setting mode (P-2).
5. Use the "▲" and "▼" buttons to adjust the time to your desired setting.
6. Finally, press the "SET" button to complete the temperature and time settings.
The heat press will now start heating up to the set temperature.
