To program the Velleman VM142 Mini PIC-PLC Application Module, you will need a PIC programmer that supports the PIC16F630 microcontroller, such as the Velleman VM134 (K8076) programmer. The programming method can be done in-circuit or by removing the microcontroller chip from the IC socket and programming it externally.
