The Polar FA440-A Series Counter Refrigerator Freezer automatically runs a defrost cycle every six hours. However, it is recommended to manually defrost the appliance at least every three months, or more often if required. To manually defrost the appliance, press and hold the defrost button "aux" for 2 seconds to begin a manual defrost. The defrost light will illuminate. Make sure to switch off and disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning and defrosting. For more information, please refer to the instruction manual provided.
