There could be several reasons why your smartphone is not charging on the BAUHN AMPDQ-1222-C Wireless Charging Pad. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check that your smartphone supports wireless charging: Not all smartphones are compatible with wireless charging. Make sure your smartphone is Qi-enabled and supports wireless charging.
2. Remove any smartphone case: If you have a smartphone case, it may interfere with the wireless charging process. Remove the case and try charging your smartphone again.
3. Ensure proper alignment: Place your smartphone on the charging pad with the center of the phone aligned to the center of the wireless charging stand. If your smartphone is in a portrait position, try rotating it to landscape and aligning it properly.
4. Remove any obstructions: Check for any metal or other objects between your smartphone and the wireless charging stand. These objects can interfere with the charging process.
