According to the user manual, the pillow material in this product cannot be cleaned. It is recommended to keep the pillow away from open flames and avoid wetting the internal materials, as it may cause deterioration. Additionally, do not throw or step on the pillow, and avoid scratching it with sharp objects. If you notice any smell when unpacking the pillow, it is normal and will dissipate over time when placed in a well-ventilated area. Please note that this product is not suitable for children aged 12 and under.
