Cleaning your JOCEL JAG003447 Beverage Cooler is an important maintenance task to ensure its proper functioning and hygiene. Here are the instructions for cleaning the internal and external parts of the cooler, as stated in the instruction manual:
Internal Cleaning:
1. Transfer the bottles inside the cooler to a convenient place.
2. Wait until the temperatures of the internal parts of the cooler reach the ambient temperature.
3. Wear protective gloves during cleaning to protect yourself from injuries.
4. Remove any accessories from inside the cooler.
5. Clean the interior with a soft cotton cloth and warm soapy water or using the recommended cleaning agents.
6. Dry the interior with a dry cotton cloth. Make sure there are no wet or humid areas left inside.
7. Check and clean the water discharge hole if there is any sweating inside the cooler.
8. Once the cleaning is complete, you can reload your cooler three hours after running it, as stated in the manual.
External Cleaning:
1. Clean the exterior of the cooler with a cotton cloth and warm soapy water.
2. Avoid letting the cleaning water penetrate the front control panel and lighting section.
3. Clean the door gasket using clean soapy water only.
4. Make sure to prevent the accumulation of dust on the condenser grids located at the back of the cooler. You can use a vacuum cleaner or a dry brush to remove the dust. Repeat this process a few times a year.
It is important to note that you should never use domestic cleaning agents, abrasive or scratching substances, or pressurized water for cleaning your cooler. Always unplug the cooler before cleaning, and follow the safety precautions mentioned in the manual.
