If the water pressure is too low, it can affect the flow rate of the filtered water. Additionally, the filter may be clogged, which can also restrict the flow. In this case, you can try replacing the filter cartridge with a new one. It is recommended to change the filter every 3 months or 320 gallons for optimal performance. If the issue persists, you may need to contact customer service for further assistance.
