To set up the DTEN GO as a Zoom Rooms device, follow these steps:
1. Position your DTEN GO either on top or below your display.
2. Connect HDMI 1 port to your display and HDMI 2 if needed for a second display.
3. Use the included power adapter to plug in the DTEN GO.
4. Turn on your TV or Display and select the appropriate media input.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your DTEN GO with DTEN Mate.
Note: It is recommended to use an Ethernet connection for the best meeting experience.
