To replace the hose and rotary joint on the CONDUCTIX wampfler Hose Reel, please follow the steps outlined in the instruction manual provided. Here is a summary of the steps:

14. Roll up the entire hose, ensuring it is tightened during the wrapping procedure. Check for any damage to the hose.
15. Mount the complete spring-loaded hose reel, following the correct installation position of the spring cassette.
16. Cut the right length of double sealing gasket material and apply adhesive. Mount the spring housing and replace the double sealing gaskets.
17. Load the spring according to the type plate instructions.
