To install the NOVOLUX 906B-G21X1A Tania Copper Pendant, please follow these steps:
1. Before starting the installation, disconnect the mains cable from the power supply by removing the fuse or turning off the switch.
2. Use a suitable connecting box for the power supply connection, as shown in the illustrations provided in the manual.
3. Ensure that the luminaire is only installed in living areas and not in areas subject to moisture. The maximum permissible ambient temperature for this luminaire is 25°C.

5. Connect the wires of the luminaire to the wires of the same color coming from the wall or ceiling.
6. Use support systems that can handle the weight of the luminaire.
7. Keep the wires and connections separated from any heat source.
8. Before drilling fixing holes, make sure to establish the direction of the supply cable to avoid damaging concealed wiring during installation.
9. It is important to keep these instructions in a safe place for future reference.
10. Use sleeves to cover the mains supply wiring to the fitting.
11. When cleaning the luminaire, limit it to the outer surfaces, shades or protective glass, reflectors, and covers. For gold-finish and brass luminaires, use a soft cloth and avoid using any cleaning agents. Make sure no moisture enters the terminal compartment or reaches any live parts.
12. If the external flexible cable or cord of the luminaire is damaged, it should be replaced exclusively by the manufacturer, their service agent, or a qualified person to avoid hazards.
13. Do not cover the luminaires with insulating material.
14. Do not use luminaires with frayed or cracked glass until it is replaced.
15. Do not hang or attach supporting elements on the luminaires.
16. The NOVOLUX 906B-G21X1A Tania Copper Pendant has an earth terminal, indicating it is in protection class I. If it is in protection class II, it is doubly insulated and should not be connected to an earth wire. If it is in protection class III, it is a luminaire for protective low voltage (SELV).
