1. After purchasing Ableton Live 11 Suite from Thomann, you will receive an email containing an activation code and a link to the webpage where you can redeem the code.
2. To redeem the activation code, go to the Ableton customer account login page: https://www.ableton.com/de/login/. If you don't have a customer account yet, you can create a new one.
3. Once logged in, enter the activation code you received from Thomann using this link: https://www.ableton.com. If you are not logged in or don't have a customer account, you will be redirected to the login page mentioned above.
4. After registering your activation code, you will find your licenses and the link to download the installation file in the "user account" section of the menu. If you have multiple licenses, click on the version shown to the right of "Licences" to find it listed in the drop-down menu.
5. Download the installation file and launch it on your computer. When you start Ableton for the first time, you will be prompted to authorize the program. In the pop-up window, click the "Authorize with ableton.com" button.
6. Please ensure that your computer is connected to the internet during the authorization process.
7. You will be directed to the Ableton homepage again, where you need to enter your login information. Once authenticated, your computer will be authorized for permanent use of Ableton Live.
8. If you prefer to skip the authorization process for now, you can click "Authorize later" and authorize it later by navigating to "Options" -> "Preferences" -> "License Maintenance".
