To assemble the PITTSBURGH AUTOMOTIVE 69814 20 Gallon Portable Oil Lift Drain, follow these steps:
1. Assemble the Drain on a flat, hard, level surface.
2. Slide one Fixed Wheel onto each end of the axle of the Tank. Attach the Wheels using Washers and Retaining Rings.
3. If Casters are not already attached to the Tank, fasten one Swivel Caster to each plate located on the base of the Drain. Slide on a Spring Washer, Washer, and then thread a Locking Nut onto the Caster stem to secure the Swivel Casters in place.
4. Insert the Handle into the slot on the upper side of the Tank. Fasten it in place using Bolts.
5. Insert the Bushing into the Nut, line up the Lock xxxx with the Ball Valve handle, and thread the Nut into the Ball Valve until secure.
6. Thread the Funnel into the Drain Tube until fastened securely.
7. Insert the Drain Tube, with the Funnel fastened to the other end, into the Bushing. Select the required height and lock the Drain Tube in place using the Locking xxxx .
