To set up the AUDIBAX Control 384 DMX512 Controller, follow these steps:
1. Unpack the controller and check that all parts are present and in good condition.
2. Connect the DC 9-12V 500mA power adapter to the controller and plug it into a power outlet.
3. Connect your DMX cable(s) to the intelligent lighting fixtures according to the fixtures' respective manuals.
4. Set the DMX starting address for each fixture by referring to the DMX addressing instructions in the manual.
5. If needed, assign the correct pan and tilt channels for each fixture by following the instructions in the manual.
6. Turn on the controller and start programming scenes and chases using the programming mode and scene select buttons.
7. Review, edit, and delete scenes and chases as needed.
8. Run programs in sound mode or auto mode by pressing the appropriate buttons and adjusting the speed and fade time faders.
9. Use the blackout button to turn off all lighting output if needed.
10. If using MIDI control, set the MIDI control channel and configure MIDI notes for scenes and chases according to the instructions in the manual.
