To assemble the TDC 22524 5 Piece Steel Dining Set, please follow the instructions provided in the manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:



Table Assembly:

1. Place the Table Top (A) on the ground and open it out.

2. With the Table Top (A) upside down on the ground, insert two Bolts M6x15 (BB) through the top of each Table Leg (B) and into the  xxxx -threading of the table rim. Do not tighten the bolts all the way.

3. Repeat step 2 to secure the remaining three Table Legs (B) to the Table Top (A).

4. Place the Support (C) within the grooves of all four Table Legs (B). Insert two Bolts M6x25 (AA) through the holes on the inside of the Support (C) and into the  xxxx -threading found at the center of each Table Leg (B).

5. Tighten all bolts left loose throughout the assembly process using the provided Hex Key (XX).

6. Turn the table right-side up. Place the Cap (D) in the center of the Table Top (A) when an umbrella (sold separately) is not in use.



Chair Assembly (for each chair):

1. Insert two Bolts M6x20 (AA) through each of the back corners of the Chair Seat (B1) and into the  xxxx -threading found on the legs of the Chair Back (C1). Do not tighten the bolts all the way.

2. Place the Armrest (A1) on the left side and the Armrest (A2) on the right side of the previously assembled parts. Insert two Bolts M6x20 (AA) through each of the front corners of the Chair Seat (B1) and into the  xxxx -threading found on the legs of the Armrests (A1 & A2). Do not tighten the bolts all the way.

3. Insert two Bolts M6x20 through the holes found underneath the armrests of A1 and A2 and into the  xxxx -threading found on the sides of the Chair Back (C1).

4. Tighten all bolts left loose throughout the assembly process using the provided Hex Key (XX).

5. Repeat the above steps to assemble the remaining chairs in the set.

6. Place the Cushion (D1) on each chair seat once the assembly of the chairs is finished.
