To install the TDX 740101 Infrared Heater on the wall, please follow these steps:
1. Confirm the installation location: The heater must be installed on a wall above 1.8 meters from the ground and away from flammable materials.
2. Drill the mounting holes: Remove the mounting bracket from the product. Mark the punching points on the wall using a marker pen, according to the hole position of the fixed bracket. Drill the marked positions with a φ8mm drill bit, ensuring a drilling depth of more than 35mm.
3. Fix the mounting bracket: Drive the expansion rubber plug into the wall at the drilling positions. Use self-tapping screws ST5*40 to fix the mounting bracket on the wall, aligning the bracket holes with the drilling positions on the wall.
4. Fix the heater: Connect the heater to the fixing bracket and adjust the appropriate angle. Use screws and nuts to securely fix the heater in place. The fixing screws can be installed in different holes, and the maximum adjustment angle is 30 degrees. The wing nut end slot allows for an adjustable angle of 10 degrees. By utilizing the double holes and wing nut end slot, you can adjust the heater angle to meet your heating requirements.
5. Post-installation inspection: After the installation is completed, ensure that the product is fixed and tightened without any loosening. Verify that the heater works normally when powered on.
