To assemble the SEALEY ES450.V2 450kg Engine Stand, please follow the instructions provided in the manual:
1. Remove the mounting plate from the main post.
2. Loosely attach the main post to the side leg using bolts, washers, and nuts.
3. Insert the front leg into the base of the main post and loosely secure it with a bolt.
Note: The front leg must be assembled with the bracket as shown in the diagram.
4. Fit the castor leg to the main beam using bolts, washers, and nuts.
Note: The side leg must be fitted with the castor mounting holes facing downward.
5. Tighten all nuts and bolts.
6. Fit the castors to the side leg using nuts and washers.
7. Slide the wheels onto the pins on the wheel leg and secure them with washers and locking clips.
Note: The wheel hubs are not symmetrical, so make sure to fit them with the longer hub inward.
8. Refit the mounting plate to the main post and secure it with the locking pin.
9. Attach the four mounting arms to the mounting plate using bolts, washers, and nuts.
10. Insert the handle through the hole in the stem of the mounting plate.
