To install the EMOS ZT1520D or ZT1620D LED Dustproof Luminaire, please follow the steps below:
1. Insert a Ø 6 mm expansion pipe into the wall and fix the mounting bracket using an M4 xxxx .
2. Remove the diffuser with the LED board.
3. Loosen the nut of the cable gland and pass the cable through it.
4. Connect the cable to the terminal block and tighten the cable gland.
5. Connect the terminal block with the LED board.
6. Close the diffuser.
7. Fix the gear tray with the housing.
8. Turn on the switch.
Please note the following warnings and precautions:
- The luminaire is designed for indoor and outdoor use and should be mounted on a solid base.
- The luminaire has an Ingress Protection rating of IP66, making it suitable for outdoor use.
- The housing color is grey, and the diffuser color is milky.
- The luminaire is suitable only for fixed mounting.
- It should be connected only to an electric distribution network that complies with applicable standards.
- Before any manipulation or servicing of the luminaire, disconnect it from AC power. This should be done by an authorized person.
- The luminaire is protected from dangerous contact voltage through "earthing."
- If any part of the luminaire is damaged, do not use it.
- The LED chips inside the luminaire are not replaceable.
- Do not change the inner wiring of the luminaire.
- If the cover is broken, do not use the luminaire and replace the broken cover immediately.
- Dispose of the luminaire at special collection points for sorted waste. Do not dispose of it with domestic waste.
- Contact local authorities for information about collection points.
- Improper disposal of electronic devices can lead to the release of dangerous substances into the environment, affecting human health.
- The product contains a light source of energy efficiency class.
