To install the GINJ-0201-EBT-12 Industrial Gigabit PoE++ Injector, please follow these steps:
1. Unpack the industrial injector from the original packing box.
2. Check if the DIN-Rail bracket is screwed on the industrial injector. If not, refer to the DIN-Rail Mounting section in the user manual for instructions on how to install the DIN-Rail.
3. If you want to wall mount the industrial injector, refer to the Wall Mounting section in the user manual for instructions on how to install the wall mounting bracket.
4. Power on the industrial injector and ensure that the power LED light turns on. If you need help with wiring the power inputs, refer to the Wiring the Power Inputs section in the user manual.
5. Prepare a twisted-pair, straight-through category 5 cable for Ethernet connection.
6. Insert one side of the RJ-45 cable into the injector's Ethernet port and the other side into the networking device's Ethernet port (e.g., switch, PC, or server). The Ethernet port's (RJ-45) LED on the industrial injector will turn on when the cable is connected to the networking device.
7. Check the LED indicators on the front panel of the industrial injector to ensure that all lights show normal operation.
8. Once all connections are set and the LED lights indicate normal operation, the installation is complete.
