To install the Karlo X52 Smart PTZ Camera, follow these steps:
1. Select a good spot for your camera: Choose a location where the camera's view is not blocked and ensure that it is within the coverage of the Wi-Fi network.
2. Install the bracket: Fix the camera to a desired location. You can either place the camera on a flat surface or fix the bracket to the wall or ceiling using screws, and then xxxx the camera to the fixed base.
3. Download and install the App: The camera supports Android and iOS App. Scan the QR code provided in the manual and follow the instructions to complete the user registration.
4. Set up the camera: Open the App and click on "Add Camera Now". Enter the Wi-Fi network name and password that you want the camera to connect to. Target the camera at the QR code displayed on the mobile App, keeping a distance of about 20cm (about 7 inches).
If the camera has been connected to another Wi-Fi network or bound by other users, you need to unbind the device before rebinding. To unbind the device, power it on, perform a self-check, and then press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. The device will be reset and unbound.
5. Share the camera: If you want to share the camera with others, find the camera on the App homepage or camera setting page. Click the share button and generate a QR code for sharing. To add a friend's camera, go to the "User" page, click on "Add a Friend's Camera", and scan the QR code on your mobile phone. The sharing will be completed after confirmation.
