To attach the electrode pads for pain relief on your lower back using the OMRAN PM800 Healthcare Total Power Heat Tens Unit Physical Therapy Device, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the device is turned off before attaching the pads.
2. Place both pads on your lower back, with the backbone in the center.
3. Ensure that the pads are not placed directly on the backbone or spine.
4. Make sure the pads are at least 1 inch apart from each other.
5. The pads should be placed on clean, dry, and healthy skin.
6. Press the pads firmly onto your skin to ensure good contact.
Please note that it is important to follow the guidelines provided in the user manual and not use the device on unhealthy or damaged skin. Additionally, do not use the device on your head, face, neck, throat, or near your heart.
