No, in order to use the Tangerine NBN UNLIMITED Phone Plan, you must have an active Tangerine NBN internet service. The phone service is delivered over the internet, so a stable internet connection is required. Additionally, you will need a compatible IP handset or an analogue telephone adapter (ATA) to use the service. If you do not have an active Tangerine NBN internet service, you will need to sign up for one before being able to use the phone plan.
