To properly install the iONGEN GTX12V315A-E2107-CS200RV Xantrex 2000 Watt Lithionics Battery, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you are a qualified installer and familiar with local and national electrical codes.
2. Always assume that voltage is present at the battery terminals, so use insulated tools and gloves while working on the system.
3. Turn off all equipment connected to the battery and turn off the Power switch on the battery to isolate it from other electrical circuits before performing any repairs or maintenance.
4. Use proper wire sizes to connect the system to inverters, chargers, or other equipment. Use crimped connections to connect to the battery terminals.

13. Tighten the power terminal bolts to a maximum of 108in-lbs/12.2Nm to ensure good contact with the ring terminal lug.
14. Size the battery cables according to the expected load and refer to the National Electrical Code for the correct cable size.
15. Properly fuse the battery circuit to handle the expected load and not exceed the battery specifications.
16. After installation, turn on the battery power by a short press of the Power button and confirm the battery's state with the LED indicator.
