To assemble the VIPACK FURNITURE PIHSZG 14 NR371-V6 Children Bed, please follow the instructions provided in the assembly leaflet. Make sure to use the tools indicated on the leaflet and tighten all assembly components properly. Regularly check and retighten if necessary. The positioning and means of access to the bed are also indicated in the assembly leaflet.
Please note the following important points:
1. Do not exceed the maximum mattress thickness as indicated by the dotted line sticker on the bunk bed. The maximum recommended mattress size is 2000 x 90 mm and the maximum mattress thickness is 200 mm.
2. Ensure that all parts of the structure are present and not broken before using the high sleeper. If any part is missing or broken, do not use the bed.
3. High sleepers are not suitable for children below the age of 6 years due to the risk of injury.
4. Do not attach or suspend items such as ropes, strings, cords, harnesses, and belts on the bunk bed or high sleeper to avoid the possibility of strangulation.
5. To prevent the risk of serious injury, the distance between the top safety barrier and the wall must not exceed 75 mm or must be at least 230 mm to avoid children getting trapped between the bed and the wall.
6. The bed is compliant with European Standard EN 747-1 of 2012.
7. Always supervise children and do not leave them without minimum supervision.
8. Children should not play roughly on or under the top bunk and more than one person should not be allowed in the top bunk.
9. Do not allow children to swing or jump on or under the bed.
10. Always use the ladder to climb up to and down from the top bunk.
11. Do not replace original parts with substitutes. If any spare parts are needed, obtain them from the store or manufacturer.
12. Using a night-light can improve safety for a child sleeping in the top bunk.
