The installation process for the ACV HeatMaster 120 TC Evo Combined Gas Fired Condensing Boiler and Water Heater is as follows:
1. Ensure that you have the necessary clearances for installation. The minimum clearances are as follows: 300mm on top, 600mm on the left side, 250mm on the right side, and 400mm at the rear.
2. Determine whether you will be using a vented or unvented system. If you choose an unvented system, you will need to purchase the optional Systempak 3 unvented kit, which includes a 25l expansion vessel, T&P relief valve, tundish, pressure control valve, combined pressure reducing valve, and mounting bracket.
3. If you require LPG gas instead of natural gas, the ACV HeatMaster 120 TC Evo comes with a supplied LPG kit for on-site conversion.
4. Connect the heating and DHW (domestic hot water) pipes. The heating connection is 1 ½ F and the DHW connection is 1 M.
5. Connect the gas supply using a 3/4 M connection.
6. Connect the flue using a Ø100/150mm flue connection.
7. Ensure that the water pressure drop for the boiler at Δt = 20°C is 27mbar.
8. Connect the voltage supply, which is 230V.
9. Once the installation is complete, the ACV HeatMaster 120 TC Evo Combined Gas Fired Condensing Boiler and Water Heater is ready for use.
Please note that these are general installation instructions. It is recommended to consult the owner's manual for detailed installation instructions specific to your model.
