To assemble and fit the support handle on the MEEC TOOLS 019478 Angle Grinder, follow these steps:
1. Pull out the plug before fitting/removing the support handle.
2. Decide whether you want to fit the support handle on the right or left side of the tool.
3. Align the holes on the support handle with the corresponding holes on the grinder body.
4. Insert the screws provided into the holes and tighten them securely using a screwdriver.
To fit the guard on the MEEC TOOLS 019478 Angle Grinder, follow these steps:
1. Remove the flanges (outer flange and disc support plate) from the grinder.
2. Use a screwdriver to undo the screws that hold the pressure plate in place.
3. Remove the pressure plate from the grinding head.
4. Place the guard on the grinding head, ensuring that the unprotected part of the disc is as far away from your hand as possible.
5. Align the mounting holes on the guard with the holes on the grinding head.
6. Insert the screws through the holes and tighten them securely using a screwdriver.
7. Make sure the guard is firmly fixed to the grinder and cannot move.
