To set up the CyberAcoustics AC-5014 USB Type C Headset on your computer, follow these steps:
1. Insert the end of the USB Headset Cable into the USB Type C port on your computer.
2. The headset features full plug-and-play support for Windows, OSX/macOS, and Chromebooks. After plugging the headset into the computer's USB Type C port, you can start any application that accepts a headset, such as Skype, and begin using your headset.
3. If the computer does not automatically recognize the headset when it is plugged into the USB Type C port, try plugging the USB Headset Cable into a different USB Type C port. If this doesn't work, restart the computer. This will cause the headset to be recognized in most instances.
