To assemble the Cadco CBC-GG-B4-L7 Mobile Food Bar with Enclosed Base, follow these steps:
1. Before assembling, wash all removable parts in warm sudsy water, rinse, and dry. Clean the cart with a mild detergent and a soft moist cloth. Do not use any scouring agents.
2. Place each pan holder over the cart's top warming surface, with 2 keyhole slots and 2 open slots on the inside flaps of the pan holder positioned over the 4 locking knobs on the warming surface. Press the pan holder down onto the warming surface and slide it until the knobs engage. Tighten the knobs to keep the pan holder in place. (Reverse the steps to remove the pan holder for cleaning or to switch to the optional Cold Bay Panholder Kit.)
3. Optional Adjustable Height inner shelf/shelves: Tilt the shelf up slightly and position/reposition it by resting the shelf on your choice of shelf support knobs on both sides of the cart interior (CBC-GG-B2 models) or on the cart side and center column (CBC-GG-B3/B4 models). Be sure the shelf is resting securely on the 4 shelf support knobs before placing anything on the shelf.
4. Optional Security Doors: If your cart has optional swing-open or sliding doors, use the provided keys to open the locks.
5. Optional Pneumatic Wheels: If you have the optional PW-4 Pneumatic Wheels Kit, follow the instructions provided to install the wheels either at the time of cart purchase or as a separate purchase.
