To prime the hydraulic system on the Milwaukee M18 Force Logic 10000 PSI Hydraulic Pump, follow these steps:
1. Remove the battery pack from the tool.
2. Inspect the oil sight line and ensure that the tool has enough oil.
3. Connect the coupler to an accessory head that will purge out the air and excess oil. Make sure the coupler is pointed straight up and the tool is positioned lower than the accessory head.
4. Insert the battery pack into the tool.
5. Press the hold pressure button.
6. Run the tool until the oil starts coming out. This may take up to thirty seconds.
7. Press and hold the manual pressure release button for two seconds, then release both buttons.
8. Repeat steps 5-7 three to four times.
Note: Make sure the oil level does not drop below the oil sight line. Refill the reservoir if necessary.
