To change the batteries in the kaWe Eurolight LED Otoscope, follow these steps:
1. EUROLIGHT / COMBILIGHT: Insert the battery or the rechargeable battery into the handle. Check for correct polarity and for correct lamps (2.5 V or 3.5 V)! Also follow the instructions of Section 8: Maintenance and Service.
PICCOLIGHT: Insert batteries (2x Mignon or AA 1.5 V batteries) into the handle. Check the polarity! Also follow instructions in Section 8: Maintenance and Service.
2. For EUROLIGHT / COMBILIGHT: To change the battery, unscrew the head from the handle. For PICCOLIGHT: Unscrew the head from the handle.
3. Replace the old batteries with new ones, making sure to check the polarity.
4. For EUROLIGHT / COMBILIGHT: xxxx the head back onto the handle. For PICCOLIGHT: xxxx the head back onto the handle.
