To install the ducasa AVANT-DGS Thermal Electric Radiator, follow these steps:
1. Choose the ideal location for the radiator. It should be placed as close as possible to the coolest wall in the room. Avoid installing it on un-insulated exterior walls. In bathrooms, do not place the radiator inside the protected area.
2. Mount the radiator on the wall using the supplied supports. For radiators with 4, 6, 8, or 10 elements, position the supports as shown in Figure 1 of the manual. For radiators with 12 elements, position the supports between the second and third elements on both sides.
3. Mark points on the wall through the fixing holes of the supports. Transfer these marks to the desired height above the floor (minimum 150mm) and fix the supports to the wall using plugs and screws.
4. Lift the radiator and hang it on the supports. Press on the locking plate until a click is heard to secure the radiator in place.
Please refer to the "Installation Instructions" section of the manual for more detailed information and illustrations.
Note: It is important to hire a qualified electrician to carry out the electrical installation of the radiator, ensuring compliance with current UK regulations.
