To switch between encoder and decoder mode on the VigilLink VLIP-SDFC-TRX transceiver, you can use the MODE button located on the front panel of the device. Press and hold the MODE button for 5 seconds to switch to either encoder or decoder mode. The corresponding ENC or DEC LED will flash for about 30 seconds and then stay on, indicating that the mode has been successfully switched. You can also switch between modes using the API or Controller Box, as mentioned in the SDVoE Controller Box user manual.
