To assemble the iBELL IBL Classy P16 SB Pedestal Fan, please follow these steps:
1. Assemble the base to the support pole using the fasteners provided.
2. Loosen the height adjustment ring and extend the inner support pole.
3. Remove the grille retaining plastic nut from the motor head by rotating it anti-clockwise.
4. Position the fan switch body into the height adjustment pole and tighten it firmly.
5. To assemble the safety grille and blade assembly, remove the spinner (by turning it clockwise), then the backing nut (by turning it anticlockwise) from the motor spindle.
6. Place the back safety grille into position, ensuring that it fits snugly to the locating lugs. If done correctly, the safety grille's carry handle will be at the top.
7. Fix the safety grille into position by replacing the locking nut tightly by hand. Do not force the locking nut.
8. The groove in the center of the fan blade aligns with a T-bar on the motor spindle to ensure correct positioning.
9. Fix the blade into place by gently hand-tightening the spinner anticlockwise onto the end of the motor spindle. The spinner is self-tightening, so do not force it.
10. Lift out all backing clips on the front safety grille.
11. Place the safety grille into position and secure it by fastening the clips over the outer ring. The xxxx and nut at the bottom of the grille must be fixed.
