To install the Ganter Norm GN 9154 Position Indicators, follow these steps:



1. Before installation, create a locating hole on the machine side for the torque limiting contact point, as shown in the drawing provided in the manual.



2. If needed, use the mounting adaptor bushings GN 952.1 to adapt the hollow shaft of the position indicator to fit the spindle. These bushings have a bore of 14 H7.



3. If you want to reduce the diameter of the hollow shaft while mounting a control  xxxx , you can use control knobs GN 957, which combine both functions in a single component.



4. Mount the position indicator by inserting the torque limiting contact point into the bore hole to stabilize the housing. Secure the hollow shaft to the spindle using the grub  xxxx .



5. After adjusting, you can use clamping plates GN 9054.6 to clamp and secure the spindles.
