To set up your Dragonfly FIRENZA Plancha BBQ Grill, follow these steps:
1. Place the base on a fireproof surface, preferably with the help of another person due to its weight.
2. Insert the fire bowl into the hole of the base, ensuring it is level. Use the adjustable feet on the base to make adjustments if the surface is not entirely level.
3. Avoid shifting the Dragonfly unit once it has been set up to prevent damage to the adjustable feet and rivet nuts.
4. Lift the cooking plate with two people, as it is heavy. Hold onto the thick outer edge and inner edge when placing it onto the fire bowl.
5. Ensure the cooking plate is level by adjusting its position until it clicks into place over the fire bowl.
6. Take precautions to avoid staining your clothes or fingers when handling the cooking plate.
