To fill the water tank of the SOMOGYI HG RG 1000 Portable Handheld Fabric Steamer, follow these steps:
1. Unfold the handle of the steamer until it clicks a second time.
2. Remove the water tank from the steamer.
3. Open the rubber plug on the water tank.
4. Fill the tank with distilled water. Do not use hot water. Use water of room temperature or colder.
5. Re-insert the rubber plug and ensure it is securely in place.
6. Put the water tank back onto the steamer.
Please note that it is recommended to use distilled water to prevent calcification. Do not use water containing vinegar, limescale remover, stain remover, perfume, oils, or other additives.
