If you are experiencing unsuccessful Bluetooth pairing, follow these steps:
1. Ignore the connected Bluetooth name in the Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone.
2. Turn off the Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
3. Place the earphones in the charging compartment for 10 seconds.
4. Take the earphones out of the charging compartment together.
5. Wait for 5-10 seconds for the binaural pairing to succeed.
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully pair your Pefone EarBuds Pro.
Note: Bluetooth pairing can occasionally be unsuccessful due to the nature of the Bluetooth connection. It is important to ensure that you have followed the correct pairing process and that there are no obstructions or interferences between the Bluetooth device and the earbuds.
