To switch between connected PCs using the LINDY 32165 2 Port USB KM Switch, you have two options: hotkey switching and software switching (available only for Windows and Mac systems).
Hotkey Switching:
1. Press the Scroll Lock (ScrLk) key twice.
2. Press the number key (1 or 2) corresponding to the PC port you want to select.
Example: ScrLk + ScrLk + 1 to select PC port 1.
Software Switching (for Windows and Mac):
1. Install the KM switch driver software from the included Software CD on both computers.
2. Follow the auto-run instructions to complete the installation.
3. After installation, you will see a KM switch icon in the system tray of your desktop.
4. Use the software interface to switch between connected PCs.
Please note that hotkey switching is not supported on Mac keyboards, and software switching is not possible when using Linux.
