To fit an accessory tool onto the HILTI UD 4 Lightweight Compact Drill Driver, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the supply cord before making any adjustments or changing accessories.
2. Use the chuck key to open the chuck. Alternatively, if your drill has a keyless chuck, open it according to the instructions.
3. Check that the connection end of the accessory tool is clean, and then insert it into the keyed chuck or pull it out of the keyed chuck, depending on your specific tool.
4. Use the chuck key to close the keyed chuck. Alternatively, close the keyless chuck according to the instructions.
5. Remove the chuck key and secure it to the key strap for safekeeping.
