To adjust the temperature control on the TRUE STG2H-4HS Two Section Reach-In Solid Half Swing Door Mobile Heated Cabinet, follow these steps:
1. Locate the temperature control on the front of the cabinet in the louvered grill.
2. The temperature control is either a mechanical control or an LAE electronic control, depending on the model.
3. For a mechanical control, turn the control counterclockwise to increase the temperature and clockwise to decrease the temperature. The recommended temperature range is between 140°F-180°F (60°C-82°C).
4. For an LAE electronic control, press and hold the Info button to access the control settings. Use the Up or Down button to change the set point temperature. Release the Info button once the desired temperature is set. The display will show the current temperature.
5. It is important to note that the temperature control is designed to read and display the cabinet temperature, not the product temperature. To ensure accurate temperature control, it is recommended to verify the product temperature separately.
