To charge the HALO 801107367 RapidPack 10K Wireless Charging Dock with Power Bank, follow these steps:
1. Before using the device for the first time, fully charge it. You can charge the RapidPack using the USB-C bidirectional port, which allows for faster charging. The total charge time is 3-4 hours.
2. While charging, the Power Level Indicator lights will indicate the charge percentage. When fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.
3. The Power Delivery/Quick Charge and Wireless Indicator will display green when Power Delivery/Quick Charge is active and blue when wireless output is active.
Note: It is recommended to use the USB cable that was supplied with your electronic device to charge it. The RapidPack can charge up to three devices simultaneously. Wireless charging is also available for compatible smartphones by placing the device on top of the wireless charging pad and pressing the USS/Wireless ON/OFF Button. Ensure there is no metal obstruction on the back of the phone or phone case, or credit cards inside the phone case while wirelessly charging.
