To assemble the KOBALT 0019006 28 Inch 4 Drawer Base Cabinet, follow these steps:
1. Ensure all cabinet drawers are securely locked into place using the lock and key on the base cabinet.
2. Lay the base cabinet on its back using the cardboard package materials to protect the finish.
3. Mount the two fixed casters to the base cabinet using the provided M8 x 25 mm bolts, M8 mm spring washers, and M8 mm flat washers. Repeat this process for the swivel casters with brake on the opposite side of the base cabinet.
4. Return the base cabinet to its upright position, making sure to keep it on a soft surface such as carpeting or a piece of cardboard to protect it from scratches.
5. Do not over tighten the screws.

Note: It is recommended to use the included 14 mm wrench for assembly. An adjustable wrench may also be required, but is not included.
