To connect the Surenoo STP0240C1-240320 Series TFT LCD Panel to your microcontroller, you will need to use the MCU parallel interface. Here are the steps to connect it:
1. Connect the MCU parallel interface data bus (DB0-DB3 and DB4-DB15) of the LCD panel to the corresponding data pins of your microcontroller.
2. Connect the GND pin of the LCD panel to the ground pin of your microcontroller.
3. Connect the VDDI pin of the LCD panel to the power supply for the I/O system of your microcontroller.
4. Connect the CSX pin of the LCD panel to the chip selection pin of your microcontroller. Set it low to enable the LCD panel.
5. Connect the DCX pin of the LCD panel to the display data/command selection pin of your microcontroller. Set it high for display data or parameter, and low for command data.
6. Connect the WRX pin of the LCD panel to the write enable pin of your microcontroller.
7. Connect the RDX pin of the LCD panel to the read enable pin of your microcontroller. If not used, you can leave this pin unconnected or connect it to VDDI or GND.
8. Connect the XL(X-), YU(Y-), XR(X+), and YD(Y+) pins of the LCD panel to the logical foot pins of your touch panel.
9. Connect the LEDA pin of the LCD panel to the anode of the backlight. The typical voltage for the backlight is 2.9V-3.3V.
10. Connect the LEDK1, LEDK2, LEDK3, and LEDK4 pins of the LCD panel to the cathodes of the backlight.
11. If you need to synchronize your microcontroller to the frame memory, connect the TE pin of the LCD panel accordingly.
12. Connect the RESX pin of the LCD panel to reset the device. This signal is active low.
13. Connect the VDD pin of the LCD panel to the power supply for the analog, digital system, and booster circuit.
14. Connect the GND pin of the LCD panel to the ground pin of your microcontroller.
15. Connect the DB5-DB7 pins of the LCD panel to the corresponding data pins of your microcontroller.
